Rockstar Games Social Club not able to install

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed Windows 7. The problem is that I am not able to install Rockstar Games Social Club. I have no idea what could have been the issue for the same. Please help me out so that I can make the application to get executed to the system. I have no idea what could have been the reason for the same. Please do let me know for the thing.

The problem could be with the application. You need to check out by getting another copy of the application and then work as needed. It is needed that you do check for the same and make the desired implementation to get sorted. If you are not able to get the issue sorted well that is to get the thing processed as required. You need to work out well by making the change to be processed that is by making a new account.
