Just Cause 2 - I die everytime I spawn

Ok, Everytime I resume game, my health drop down and i am death, I havent used any mods, trainers or other shit, please, help me solve this bug, PLEASE

Wierd, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game again? If you die at the mission do you respawn on the same location / mission or some other? Have you tried using some save games and then jumped directly to some another mission to play the game? It maybe a glitch or something so try to install any patch for the game that might have been released and check whether you are getting same problem or not.
