I still have the same error ... Why didi i remove it and then installed it again???

Follow the steps which are mentioned below in order to fix this error

1. Go to HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/ubioft and delete “ubisoft game launcher” folder.
2. After that go to HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Uninstall
3. you will find a number of registry keys scroll down till you find {888F1505-C2B3-4FDE-835D-36353EBD4754}
4. delete it.
5. Now go and start playing

It is pretty simple, all you need to do is Click Start -> Run -> "regedit.exe" and then click on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then Software then ubisoft. And from their you just have to delete the ubisoft game launcher folder as mentioned. You might also try to disable the false alarm given by your avg antivirus and try out the things mentioned.

the game have no problem but it has a virus so when you install the game the anti virus that your using is deleting some of the dll in the game so if you want to play this game uninstall your anti virus or temporary disabled it and install the game

First of all i would like to suggest you try to remove the viruses that are attacked on your system. First make sure that which virus attacked on your system. As you said that you have antivirus and so I would like to suggest you to update the antivirus and once you finish the updating and after that make scan on your system. If you get the virus message or name just post it on other message and so that we can solve your virus issue.

To fix this problem, you will have to uninstall Ubisoft Game Launcher and after that install it again with the help of executable in "\Steam\steamapps\common\the settlers 7 paths to a kingdom\Support\Base\GameUpdate"
