My computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate with 2 GB RAM and Core2Duo processor. The problem that I am facing in my system even after doing a clean install of the operating system is that Planet Alcatraz cannot start in Windows 7 Ultimate. I am not able to understand why this is happening because there was no problem while installing this particular game. Does the system requirements of the game show that the Windows 7 platform is supported or not? Please reply soon and thanks for any help.
