Assassins Creed 2 white screen bug?

I have this bug like other millions of people. Everytime I start a new game in AC2 and enter the animus the screen turns white and remains like this. I can still hear sounds so it doesn't completely freeze. Even if I use a save game the next time I start a mission the screen turns white again and remains like that. I really doubt it's my computer's fault either. When I walk around the city the game works perfectly smooth. Isn't there any fix for this yet?

man i think there is no sollution for this problem. i have the same problem... but if you find any sollution please notify me.... maybe we should buy the game...

there will be, think about it many people have this problem they'll find a way, those who are skilled with this stuff. and no, ppl who bought the game have worse problems they can't play it at all lol.

The issue could be basically related to the compatibility of the game or the application not able to support the same. It is very much essential that the application would work out as the video and drivers should be upgraded.

hey guys
please i have also having the same problem

sometime i can play more than 1 h sometime 1 sec. and game (computer) freeze
now i came out of my sleepdream were i was Altaïr
i go to the "Animus", the games start and freeze again ... and know i can't start it

please help me as well if any1 finds a solution
I hate this so nice game but this spoils it ...

Ok lets get clear here.
There is no working crack at the moment for AC2.
And there is no white screen bug fix.
From what i know there will be a working crack by the end of this month.
And if u cant wait that long, buy the game and suport the developers.
Hope i helped u a bit here.

Word is that ubisoft has closed down its server.
Meaning that your game cant connect to the ubi server.
Ubisoft has made it so that when you play AC2 it has to be connected to internet at all times.
If your internet stops, so will your game session.
So it could be that no one can play.
