sad PLS HELP!!! Building/buying Gaming PC

Hi Everyone! Im looking to buy or build a gaming PC. Im really not upto date with all the computer tech anymore. I dont know "whats Hot and whats Not"
Anyways long story short, Im looking to buy or build a PC to play this one specific game called Lock-on: Modern Air Combat. Im getting the whole setup.

Im getting the little touchscreen, flight sim joystick with throttles and rudders, trackir 5 pro

I already have an LCD, just need the Rigg

My budget is around $2000. I really dont want to spend that much but i can.
