Cannot Install Prince of persia 2008

I have just a noxious problem when trying to install Prince of Persia 4. When I run Setup.exe, a command (DOS) windows appears and this disappears suddenly. Nothing Happens!!! Autorun program runs fine but when I click the INSTALL/UNINSTALL option same thing happens. The DVD is okay though and I even tried running it from my HDD. Please Help.
If you can just provide me the link (rapidshare or any etc.) for the two files so that I can replace that of mine and try to run the game's Install.
1. setup.exe
2. setup.ini (You may either copy the contents and post here)

The rest (My PC Config) seems to be okay. Please Help

I dont think you will get only 2 files well the the problem is due to virus also so check for that with good anti virus else try this create image of the dvd on hard drive with good application then mount it on virtual drive and install it now with this you can install game but you will not able to play till you not insert original disk in dvd drive

DirectEx may also be the problem you may try making changes to your DirectEx files, press Start -> Run, type: regedit , on the left side navigate to : Hkey_Local_Machine -> Software -> Microsoft -> Directx there you get a file called Directex delete the directx folder and then reboot the PC (it's very important to reboot before you continue, now after you rebooted download this :

It's a registry key for directx 9 use winrar or 7z to unzip it and double click on it to enter it to the registry after that, install the latest version of directx 9.0c
