I have 2gb iball usb pendrive, can i use it as a memory card on Xbox 360, to save my game data and profile and transfer it to other Xbox 360 consoles of my friends. Is it possible? If yes then how can i archive this?

No , i don't think so its possible, for that it should be formatted in supported format for Xbox. You most likely need a memory card to move profiles from system to system .
No its not possible , only the officially supported memory cards can work on Xbox 360. Flash drives can be used to transfer data but for save games Microsoft wants you to pay for their specially designed memory card for Xbox.
You can transfer media on usb pendrive. USB devices are read only. You can only save to a 64MB memory card or the 20GB Hard Drive. Remember when you plug in a USB device on a PC the PC loads the drivers that run that piece of hardware. The Xbox does not allow you to load drivers, so for that reason I believe you cannot use many things in the USB port. It's my understanding that the only things you can use the USB ports for are the items designed for the Xbox. Things like the Rock Band instruments or hub, HD DVD player, etc will all work.
