PS2 controller not working

I have a slim ps2 and a wireless controller . Today when i start my console the red light on the controller was not blinking i tried to do every thing but cant get to work i tired changing battery but nothing work . Please help .

Are you using Dual Shock 2 Sony brand controllers? or you are using any other brand ?

I think the controller itself works fine but it all depend on the signals that correspond to the controls are not transmitted from the control port to the processor. Is your PS2 under warranty that should cover it for repair or replacement. If not look for a local people who repair PS2
