I want to know this for such long time does this Gamecube roms legal? Are they illegal ? if there are not illegal can any one give me a download link to it .

However, it is illegal to download copyrighted ROMs from the internet. Most old games are copyrighted. From wiki so you can download a ROMS when they are released on the internet for everyone. start searching for free Gamecube roms
