Crysis tweak speed up virtual ram

hi ,

I installed installed XP Pro on my PC and have Nvidia 8600gt 512MB graphics card.now while playing i feel some jerky movement and some times its taking too long to load some one suggest me to use increased virtual ram tweak what is that and how can i use it ?

Adjust Graphics


reduce the color quality.

1. Right click on your desktop
2. select properties.
3. Click on the settings tab and select color quality to Medium (16 Bit).
4. Click OK.

Set the windows performance settings to optimize your computer for performance.

1. Right click on the My Computer icon
2. select properties.
3. Click on the Advanced tab
4. click setting button
5. go to the visual effects tab,
6. select Adjust for Best Performance
7. click OK.

Windows determines hard disk space as virtual memory. so you can make your system faster by manually altering Virtual Memory settings.

1. Right click on the My Computer icon
2. select properties.
3. Click on the Advanced tab
4. click setting button
5. select advance tab
6. then click on change
7. here increase the value make sure the Maximum & Minimum numbers are the same. To get the optimum number,multiply your system RAM by 2.5 and then put that number for the Maximum and Minimum tabs.
