Unrecognized disk in Xbox 360

For few days when i put my disk in my xbox 360 ( call of duty ) it say that it is unrecognized disk what can i do ?

The disk is not scratch ! and it was working great yesterday !

can any one help me please . is this a hardware problem or disk or something else .

Try wipping your disk with a clean cloth and running a DVD cleaner disk though the drive but the OXM disk . You can try put 2 thin soft cloths and press hard around the disk .

Is the disk compatible, to know look on the side or bottom of game case to see if its compatible.
