PC freezes Assassin Creed

I just bought my new config, and I notice that my pc freezes the game (assassin creed) after an hour or two ......

CPU temperature: 46 idle, 49 full
GPU temperature: 52 idle, 58 full

I do not think it is a problem of temperature ...

You should downloaded occt to do a stress test, it will tell us the proper temperature burn. It is possible that this is overheating and that the driver is recovered. The crash occurs only with this game?
