d3drm.dll errors in the game

We have installed a game Lego Rock Raider in a whole new computer and get the error:

This program could not start because d3drm.dll not found. The problem may be solved by installing the program again. We have reinstalled without success. The game has worked without problems on the old computer.

There is Vista on the new machine. Some suggestions on how I can solve this issue.

This graphics driver is not included in Vista. In order to get it to work follow these steps:

1) Download "d3drm.dll" from http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-.../download.html

2) Copy it in to the "c:\windows\system32" folder

Run your program again and it should work.
