Battlefield 2 multiplayer server

Hello Friends,

I just installed Battlefield 2 on my system. But whenever i try to join multiplayer server, it shows me some error. Please give me some information regarding this.
Any n all suggestions are Welcome!

Check the version of the game you installed. It is possible that, the servers you are trying to connect are different version. So unable to connect you. The most current version or patch is 1.4.

PunkBuster might be turned off or not installed. Try turning it on or installing it.
Delete your existing profile and create new one. Hopefully it will work. Also check power supply of system.
