How to Reinstall Conter Strike Source ?

Hi,
I am already having a CSS on my PC. I am trying to transfer the Installation of CSS from my PC to another PC.But when I am installing it , i am getting an error message as the Key is already being used.Can anyone tell me how to change the computer.

I was also facing the same issue i tried to Create a new Stream Account and was able to Install on another PC.

I was also facing the same issue i tried to follow few steps it worked for me hope it will work for you too.

1. First Download the Software by clicking Here Download
   
2. Install Steam on your PC.
   
3. Enter identifiers Steam (same as CS: S) there is no need to create new account.
   
4. From there, you see the games of the dependent (tab My Games)
5. Double-clicking on CS: S launches download.
   
6. When CS: S to 100%, it will happily go back to your CSS.
