Looking at the situation I am suggesting that you should run SFC/SCANNOW command on the computer. This particular command will be useful if mss32.dll file is provided by Microsoft.
You should launch the Command Prompt on the computer.
- Click on the Start button and click on Run.
- Now you have to enter 'cmd' without quotes and press enter.
- After that run 'SFC/SCANNOW' command without quotes.
