Suddenly, the latest data published by iSuppli are of importance: it seems that the electronics giant was able to reduce manufacturing costs by 35% with the latest release of its console show.
Without going into details, iSuppli says a Playstation 3 'old model' amounted to 690.23 dollars for Sony while with the latest version of the machine, it does not cost "more than" U.S. $ 448.73.
