Zoo tycoon 2 zoo keeper collection problem, please help

Hello everyone my name is Russell and I am a newbie to this site. I posted this same thread on another forum but havent gotten any help. Last night I was installing Zoo tycoon 2 zookeeper collection on my computer and as it was installing the game my computer restarted for some reason. i noticed right before the computer restarted the installer was looking for space requirments. when it came back on a error message popped up that said my operating system had recovered from a major error and a log of the event had been made.(cant quite remember what the error message said word for word but this is pretty close.) then it wanted me to send a report to microsoft which i didnt. then i tried to see if Zoo tycoon 2 had installed a shortcut on the desktop which it hadnt. so then i clicked the windows start button to see if it was in there, it wasnt. so then i looked in the add/remove files list in control panel, not there either. After all this i looked in the c drive and the zoo tycoon2 program files are in there. so i figured i could just uninstall the game but a window pops up saying "Zoo Tycoon 2 was not installed for all users or the current user. Please log in with correct account. This setup will exit." but there is only one account on the computer which is mine. so then i tried to play the game using the automenu in the game and a window pops up saying " you must except the eula in order to play zoo tycoon 2."
so now that you know what happened what do i do to reinstall or uninstall the game so it will work. i discovered today my RAM is way low 192MB, so i will be getting some more memory. By the way here is the specs for my computer. I have a Cisnet CI33-S61 with a 661FM3 series mainboard(what is says in the manual). my operating system is windows XP home edtion version 2002 service pack 2. I have a Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.94GHz with 192 MB of ram. any other info you need to know can be given but i dont know what else to say. sorry this is such a long post but any help will be MUCH appreciated. Also i am kinda computer stupid and had to look a lot of the specs up so please answer in a way i can understand.

I got the same error message 2,3 days ago ,when i was playing far cry 2 in my Rig i just click ok and restart my pc and there were no other error then . the game was running really nicely after that .

Well, it means that you have two sticks of ram with 64mb and 128mb. So what you need to do is upgrade the ram to atleast 512mb for the better functioning of the game else the game will lag or wont even work. Also you said that there was not enough space in your hard drive while installing the game, so better uninstall the game and free disk space for the game requirement and reinstall it. Well, it means that you have two sticks of ram with 64mb and 128mb. So what you need to do is upgrade the ram to atleast 512mb for the better functioning of the game else the game will lag or wont even work. Also you said that there was not enough space in your hard drive while installing the game, so better uninstall the game and free disk space for the game requirement and reinstall it. I have a 256MB stick just 64MB are being used.
The game wont uninstall or reinstall, like i said it comes up with a window that says "Zoo Tycoon 2 was not installed for all users or the current user. Please log in with correct account.This setup will exit." I cant go to add/remove programs to uninstall because Zoo tycoon 2 isint in the list, its not in the start windows program list or on the desktop. as a matter of fact the only thing i have found that was installed was the program files in the C drive. Also when you put the game disk in and the menu pops up and I click play this message pops up "you must except the eula in order to play zoo tycoon 2."

When the computer was installing the game and restarted the instalation was intterupted and it messed up. now i need to know how to fix it so i can play the game. How do i uninstall the program files?

need Tos that article deals with two games of the same language, my game came in a pack so they are the same language. Thanks to everyone who has given me advice but nothing has helped yet. I need to know how to uninstall something that the computer thinks was never installed. the only thing that did install was a shortcut and the program files. and i cant just delete the program files because the same error messages pop up. there is some file that wont wont delete. the game is not in the add remove files, not in the program list when i click the windows start button or on the desktop. would a hard drive registry delete the files, if so how do i use a hard drive registry and where can you get one?

I tried to install zoo tycoon 2 zookeeper collection
and then install wizard comes up and says -
intall wizard will now help you install the game
after about 2 seconds of loading an official zoo tycoon pop-up comes with-
we will now uninstall zoo tycoon 2 zookeeper collection
there are two ticking boxes saying -
remove saved games
and
remove downloaded content
if i remove anything or keep them it just doesnt do anything and it certainly doesnt install it !!!!
it uninstalls it even though it hasnt even installed it yet - sooooo annoying - any help?

p.s

ive checked my computer it says the total size is 512mb and has 0 bytes of free space could that be the reason?


any ideas will be appreciated
