Big problems with CoD 5

Hi, I do own cod and world at war and I have two major concerns with the first servers that it is with the cooperation mode and multiplayer no way to have the same servers by updating the lists nothing how and when the second installing the patch (which I try to take on several different sites) I can not do it says an error message on a map!
