Set your shortcuts to Automatically run as Administrator

Right-click the shortcut you wish to modify and select Properties.
Click Advanced on the Shortcut tab.
Select "Run as administrator" and press "ok".
Press "ok" again, and now you don't have to do a "run as" anymore.
