Hi,
I have sone ericsson W660i. Its showing format memory stick when i reboot. But when i gave the option, it shows foramtting failed. Is there any way to foramt as i was not succeded with the above steps.

The only thing that you can do to remove the virus from your computer is to use some antivirus in your mobile and scan with the help of that. If that is also not helping you then the only choice for you is to hard reset the phone. Search on google to get the steps to do that. I hope that you will solve the issue soon.
