1. Type the default router IP in your web browser. It is mostly 192.168.1.1. hit enter and it will ask you the login details. This is printed in the router manual.
2. Now search for Forwarding from the left menu and click on it. It is good if you turn off the Firewall for some time. Turn it on back when you had done playing the games.
3. Under Forwarding look for Virtual Servers. And then click on Add New button from the right side.
4. Now you will get a few options like Service Port, IP Address, Protocol, Status, etc. We have to fill a few things here.
5. There are set of default ports that Counter Strike needs to run a online server. And they are 1200, 27000-27015 & 27020-27039. We will take 1200 and add that in the Service Port Section. Click on Save. Leave other things on default options or empty.

7. There are others way of creating a server without making changes in the router. that can be done through Steam an various third party utility which will auto-configure the settings.
