    1. How to add and remove an account in Gionee Smartphone
    Ans: Main Menu -> Setting ->Account->Add Account-a/b a) To add an Account: Add Credential to add account b) To remove an Account: Select account that you need to remove->Option->Remove account

    2. How to factory reset Gionee Smartphone

    Ans: Main Menu -> Setting ->System->Reset Factory Default Setting. From there, Select Erase Phone Memory or Memory card for best result. Note: Reset Factory default will remove all user data; do take a backup of your data in PC or on Gmail.

    3. In what scenario does the user have to factory reset his Gionee Smartphone
    Ans: In the following scenarios user needs to reset his phone.
    a) Phone not responding
    b) Phone automatically Restarting
    c) Erratic behavior of phone d) Bad Battery backup or charging issues

    Ans: All Gionee Smartphones come with Pre-loaded Internet Settings. User needs to insert SIM and turn the Data Connectivity On. The phone will automatically detect settings.

    8. How to do Data Account or APN Settings if user has edited or erased pre-installed data settings
    Ans: There are two ways to resolve it.
    A) Do Reset Factory Default Setting.
    B) Main Menu->setting->Wireless & Networks->Mobile Network settings->Access Point Names-> Add or Edit APN settings.

    9. How to select Data Mode (Auto or GSM or WCDMA) in Gionee Smartphone
    Ans: Main Menu->Setting-> Wireless & Networks-> More-> Mobile Networks-> Network Mode->Select respective SIM -> Select Mode as per your need from GSM/WCDMA (Auto mode)/WCDMA only/GSM Only.

    (i) User can take backup on Gmail
    (ii) Main Menu->Contact-> Option->Export/Import message-> Select Source & Destination point to take backup. On a device running Android Jelly Bean User can take backup of Contacts, SMS, Call logs, Email, Calendar with following steps. Main Menu->Setting->System->System Backup.
