How to Install Silverlight on Android

Does anyone know how to install Silverlight on Android? I have been seeing several threads on different forums where user are asking about why we cannot install Silverlight on Android platform. Since this is my fav forum, I inclined to start a thread regarding the same. What would be your answer?
