How to collapse rows in Excel with a plus sign to open/close

I know how to hide and show the rows in Excel, but how do it so as to leave a little plus sign in the corner that allows me to control the number of rows to expand and contract. So I just want to know whether it is possible to create such table in the Excel, if yes then how can I create such rows in Excel. If you people have any of the information then let me know.

I think this is not possible to create such rows in excel, which can collapse and expands with a plus sign. According to my information may you have seen the Data|subtotals or may be Data|Group and Outline because this both will show the outlining symbols to the left of the worksheet. So this is not possible in excel to create such thing.
