What you mean by "I want it to be shown in my own site." ??? Actually, am also confused with "Copying the ad". It is an Ad buddy and If you are a website holder you will need to contact the advertiser to get it on your page. And if you just want to download that flash video ad than you can simply do it with IDM.
Here I have an idea to copy a flash content from a website.... I'm not sure if you can copy an ad from the site. but you can try this.....
Open any site with the flash content you want and jus right click on the page anywhere and on the popup click on save page and there select the destination.
You get the page saved as a html file and a folder, there open the folder and find the file with the extension *.swf ( usually the flash files come with this extension) then use the file on your site.....with the following code, well before that upload the file to your server.
<OBJECT CLASSID="clsid27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
WIDTH="850"
HEIGHT="610"
CODEBASE="http://active.macromedia.com/flash5/cabs/swflash.cab#version=5,0,0,0">
<PARAM NAME="MOVIE" VALUE="2bigpinkballs2.swf">
<PARAM NAME="PLAY" VALUE="true">
<PARAM NAME="LOOP" VALUE="true">
<PARAM NAME="QUALITY" VALUE="high">
<PARAM NAME="SCALE" value="noborder">
<EMBED SRC="2bigpinkballs2.swf"
WIDTH="850"
HEIGHT="610"
PLAY="true"
LOOP="true"
QUALITY="high"
scale="noborder"
PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash">
</EMBED>
</OBJECT>
here jus change the values of the width and height of your own and the file name as your file name.
hope this helps.....

There are only two ways by which you can copy the flash advertisement. Either you can search for some tool that can save the banner for you otherwise you can search in the HTML for the tag <object ...></object>. See where is the flash movie located.
