How to make cydia change from white to blue

I have noticed in a lot of videos, Some people have there cydia blue when downloading apps.

Is there a way to change mine from White to Blue ?

I think that there should be a theme in Winterboard be default called Black Bars or something like that, it will do exactly what your asking for. WinterBoard provides hooks that let graphics artists safely and simply theme almost anything in Apple's OS, you can download it by searhing it from google. Hope that helps you out.
