The code for an optimized image would be more or less as follows:
Code:
<IMG SRC = "firstround.gif" longdesc = "firstround.htm"
ALT = "first round results." TITLE = "results first round 2011." />
When positioning images
You can align all the images you want on your website, but especially those that are original or which have all related content. Definitely you should apply all these considerations if you have a gallery, or place where the main attractions are the images. In that case it would be practically an obligation. It is also useful position when you put images in your posts to give more visibility to it and get more traffic.
I hope these tips serve and although not optimize all the images on your site, always good to get into the habit and take advantage of this kind of statement.
