    Improve Windows 7 Application/Keyboard shortcuts

    When you work with Windows 7 you can use keyboard shortcuts to perform certain tasks instead of the mouse. In most cases, these shortcuts will help you work more easily and quickly.

    We have already seen in another case the keyboard shortcuts for Windows to discover or refresh your memory with standard keyboard shortcuts and new keyboard shortcuts in Windows 7.

    Today we will see how to add keyboard shortcuts and mouse for Windows 7 that will allow you to manipulate windows quickly on the screen. You can then close the active window by pressing the Esc key twice, switch between open windows by placing the cursor in the upper left corner, drag the windows to the edges of the screen, and much more!



    Download and install Windows 7 Preme:

    Preme for Windows 7 is a free software that allows you to add lots of shortcuts to Windows 7. Each feature can be individually enabled or disabled according to your needs. You can download Windows 7 Preme from here. Now follow these steps:
    • Choose the folder where Preme download for Windows 7, in the Downloads folder of Windows for example, and click Save.
    • Then click the Run button.
    • Click Run again.
    • Click OK.
    • Click OK again. The software is copied to the Startup folder of the Start menu to be automatically executed at Windows startup.

    Choose new shortcuts:

    Preme for Windows 7 adds many keyboard shortcuts and mouse in Windows 7. You can enable or disable the ones you want.
    • Right from the start of Windows, for Windows 7 Preme is launched and placed in the tray next to the clock.
    • Click the right mouse button on its icon and click interface Preme.
    • The list of different shortcuts is displayed.
    • You can disable the shortcuts presented in the following pages and that could disturb you by unchecking their boxes. Click OK.


    Corner Window Switcher:

    To quickly switch between open windows, follow these steps:
    • Place the mouse pointer a few seconds while the top left of the screen.
    • You can switch between open windows.
    • You can choose the method used for this display: Flip3D or window switch tasks.
    • Choose the method in options Preme.


    Keep a window in the foreground:

    To do this click on the title bar of a window and hold the left mouse button for a few seconds. The window flashes twice. It will then always in the foreground of other windows. Repeat to remove the window in the foreground.

    Touch Start:

    Touch Start allows you to quickly display the Start menu. In order to do this, Place the mouse pointer a few moments at the bottom left of the screen. The Start menu appears.

    ESC Key:

    To quickly close a window. Simply press two times on the Esc key on your keyboard to close the active window.

    Click Wheel to close:

    To quickly close a window, point your mouse over the title bar of a window. Press the scroll wheel on your mouse: the window is closed.

    Touch Slide Window:

    Allows you to hide and quickly open up two windows that are not in full screen.
    • You have one or more windows on the screen.
    • Click the left mouse button in the title bar of a window, under the Minimize, Maximize and Close.
    • The window then slides to the left of the screen and shows only its edge.
    • Mouse over the border to display the window.
    • Do the same with the right button to send a window to the right of the screen.
    • Click the title bar of a window as you drag or move it so that it regains its original behavior.

    Uninstalling Windows 7 Preme:

    You want to uninstall Preme for Windows 7 but can not find any trace of the software in the section Uninstalling a Windows program? This is because the executable has been copied directly into the Start menu.
    • Click the right mouse button on the icon Preme for Windows 7 in the notification area, next to the clock. Click Close.

    • Click the Start button, click All Programs, then Startup.

    • Click the right mouse button on the file and click Delete Preme.exe.

    • Click Yes to confirm. Preme for Windows 7 is uninstalled and will no longer run automatically when Windows starts.
