    Easily Manage Windows Live account with Outlook 2010

    You use the Outlook mail on your computer and you have a Windows Live account and a Hotmail email address? Free utility With Outlook Connector, you will be able to retrieve and send your messages directly in Outlook 2003 or 2007.

    By synchronizing Outlook with your Windows Live account, the two couriers will be identical hotlines. Delete or move a message in Outlook: the change is reflected in the online webmail, and vice versa.

    In addition to receiving messages from your Windows Live account, Outlook will allow you to send using your hotmail email address instead of your standard email address.

    Download and install Outlook Connector:

    Outlook Connector is a free utility that you can download from Here. With the help of this you can use Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 to access and manage your Microsoft Windows Live Hotmail or Microsoft Office Live Mail accounts, including e-mail messages, contacts and calendars for free!

    • Once the download is complete, click the Run button.
    • Click Run again.
    • Check the box Click here to accept the terms of the license agreement and click on Continue.
    • Click the Next button.
    • Close Outlook if it is not already and click Retry.
    • Click Next, then Install.
    • Finally click Finish button.

    Linking your Hotmail account to Outlook:

    At first, you must configure Outlook Connector to connect your Hotmail account to Outlook. Note that you can completely bind multiple Windows Live account to Outlook.
    • Launch Outlook.

    • A Microsoft Office Outlook Connector window opens. Enter your email address and your hotmail password.

    • Then enter the name that will appear in your messages. Check the box Remember my password for not having to enter it each login password and click OK.

    • The new account has been added to Outlook. Click OK and restart Outlook.


    Manipulating messages in Outlook:

    Your Hotmail account is now integrated with Outlook. You will be able to read your messages, delete, move, ... directly from your email program.
    • When you restart your Hotmail account is integrated with Outlook.

    • Click the Send / Receive to download your messages in Outlook.

    • Click on the Inbox folder of your Hotmail account. Your messages are present. You can open as you would for your other mail.

    • Note that now, your Hotmail account and Outlook are synchronized. If you delete a message in Outlook, the change is reflected in the online webmail, and vice versa. Both messengers are always identical. When you make a change in your messages (delete, move, ...), click Send / Receive in Outlook to apply.

    Send messages from Outlook:

    In addition to receiving messages from your Windows Live account, Outlook will allow you to send your email using hotmail.
    • In Outlook, click the New button.

    • Click the Account button and select your Windows Live account in the list.

    • Write your email as normal and click the Send button.

    • Your message will be sent with your Windows Live account.
