I will add some web apps for side bar in Firefox. Facebook also allows you to make a grid view of your friends list. You just click on Friends tab and go on to More tab. Then from Choose an option dropdown box, choose any of the dashes "—". Then you will see that Photos of all your friends will be exhibit in 50×50 pixels forming a grid view. Have fun.
