Smart tips for Nexus one

Google has launched its newly Nexus one mobile, It have some great feature but not so good at synchronizing with a desktop or laptop compute. I will give you some tips for using with computers.

# If you are not using any smart phone, then you may don know how to turn off the Nexus one mobile phone. It is just button power, You need to press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. then an menu will pop up for where you can tap Power off. Just press OK to complete the shut down.

I will add some new tips. If your Nexus One smartphone is stuck and having consistent problems, you may need to try a hard reset. This will erase all data off the device and start you off with the factory defaults. The steps are given below.
# Pull the battery from the phone.
# You need to press and hold both the Home and Back buttons simultaneously.
# Press the Power button while continuing to hold the buttons.
# Then release home button and back.
# Then follow the instruction on the screen to complete the process.

If some software that is installed in the Nexus one and create the problem, then you need to start your phone in safe mode option. Perform the Nexus one mobile in safe mode option is follows:

# Switch off the mobile and pull the battery from the mobile.
# Then switch on the device.
# Press the hold button of Nexus one when logo appears in phone.
# Hold the menu button until teh home screen will displayed.
# Then you see on the lower left corner of Nexus one screen , the word safe mode.

I will give you tips about how to transfer your contacts of Nexus one phone to your SD Card. The steps are follows:

# Go to contacts of your mobile.
# Press menu option,
# Go to Import/ Export
# choose export to SD card.
# Press OK for Confirm the process.
# Then you will find that a .VCF file in your SD Card.

You can also synchronize this file to Windows outlook.

If you want to find MAC address of Nexus one mobile phone for Wi fi connection , follow the steps :

# Go to main screen and press Menu.
# Go to setting.
# Scroll down and select About phone at the bottom.
# Again scroll down and go to Status.
# Then you may see the Wi-Fi MAC address of your Nexus one on the bottom of the screen.
