For special occasions or for everyday use, you may need to create your own envelope. Armed with a good printer and Word software, nothing easier: you choose the location of addresses, the size of your envelope, and you have direct access to your address book. An extremely simple method for professional results, is as follows.
Steps
1. Start your MS Word software. In the menu Tools, Click Letters and Mailings, Then Envelopes and LabelsAnd finally select the tab Envelopes.
2. In the address box, Directly enter the address of your correspondent, or insert it from your electronic address book by clicking the icon Address Book. Do the same for the category Sender, then click Options.
3. With the dialog Envelope Options you can select the format of your envelope. You can also define the fonts and margins.
4. Also in the dialog box Envelope Options, Specify your print options in choosing the configuration that suits you, including the orientation of your envelopes. It only remains for you then start printing.
Thats it, you are done printing your own envelope.
