    Sort and search your emails with OutlookDeck

    OutlookDeck harnesses the power of search in Outlook 2007 to display multiple views in columns of your emails. This is very convenient for dealing more effectively with a letter or abundant keep an eye on the arrival of important email.

    - To install the application, simply click on the link to trigger the immediate installation of the program.

    - At launch, the program displays a blank screen almost dominated by a search field.

    - To view a list of unread emails, simply enter in the search field:
    "Folder: Unread Mail" (without the quotes) and confirm with Enter.

    - To view all emails sent by a given contact, type in the search field:
    "From: Firstname Lastname" (without quotation marks, eg From: Bill Gates) and validate by [Enter].

    - To view all emails sent to a given contact, type in the search field:
    "To: Firstname Lastname" (without quotation marks, eg To: Mickey Mouse) and validate by [Enter].

    - To see all the emails from the inbox, enter in the search field:
    "Folder: Inbox" (without the quotes) and confirm with Enter.

    - To see the latest email you sent, enter in the search field:
    "Folder: Sent Items" (without the quotes) and confirm with Enter.

    - To see all the emails on a specific topic, enter in the search field:
    "Subject: keyword" (without quotation marks, eg Subject: Windows 7) and validate by [Enter].

    - To see all emails with a word, just type the word in the search box and validate by [Enter]

    Then just click on a thumbnail to view the full email in Outlook.

    Another tip:
    The software also offers to generate a "Tag Cloud" (a cloud of keywords) to easily identify the other issues related to selected emails. You just need to click on the icon shaped like a magnifying glass to each column of results.

    Notes:

    - To run the software requires Outlook 2007 and the .NET Framework 3.5.

    - Under XP you must also install Windows Desktop Search.
