In Opera, as in Firefox and IE, you can press F11 to go fullscreen. Opera likes to be different though, removing all the browser toolbars, and even the scrollbar! The reason is that fullscreen mode in Opera is really a special mode that allows you to create presentations. but now you can enable Toolbars by:-

- modifying action for keyboard shortcut, F11
- modifying right click full screen menu item action Enter fullscreen | Leave fullscreen under [Document Popup Menu]
- creating a new mouse gesture in Application section
