There are a multitude of PC formats for documents, images, music and videos. Therefore, it is often required to perform conversions from one format to another. OmniFormat is a small utility that recognizes more than 75 file formats and can convert to other formats like!

OmniFormat recognizes not only the Office formats (ASC, ART, DOC, HTML, PDF, RTF, TXT, XLS, XML, PPT, WK4, PS3, etc.). But also graphic formats (PS, PNG, TIFF, PSD, PTIF, RLE, SVG, TGA, JPG, etc.) Or video formats (AVI, MPEG, M2V, etc.).. It is therefore able to achieve many conversions between these formats.

- First, download and install the extension PDF995 here

- Can download and install the software OnmiFormat here

- At launch, click Continue Using the sponsored version (Continue using the sponsored version). Wait scrolling advertising.

- The software runs on a semi-automatic: it monitors the folders you tell him and when a new document appears in the folder, it converts.

- Click Add Folder and then specify the location of the folder containing your files to convert

- In the Output Format menu, specify the output format elements to convert.

- Click on Options

- Check Move files converted to Output folder and then specify the folder that will host the translated versions of files.

- If the original files are images, you can, via Size settings, define a common size for all images.

- If the files must be converted to PDF, set to A4 size page image output to PDF page size.

- Click OK

- To start the conversion, click Single Pass to convert the files already present in the original folder, or Start Monitoring to begin monitoring the folder until you file documents.
