How to Add, change, or remove a picture from a contact in Outlook

    Hello friends,

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 the user can put a face to a name by including a photograph with a contact or make a contact quickly recognizable by adding a company logo.An advantage of using images, such as the photographs or logos, is that it makes it easier for the user to scan the contacts in many Contact views. When the user adds an image either to a contact or to an Electronic Business Card for that contact, the image is visible in both.

Following are the steps for Add, change, or remove a picture from a contact in Outlook.

To add a picture in outlook follow this steps:-

    1. Go into the Contacts by opening an existing contact OR

      • Clicking on the tool bar.
      • Click on New.

    2. Now on the Contact tab, in the Options group, click Picture, and then click on Add Picture.
    3. Now locate the picture that you want to add, and then double-click on it.
