Accelerate the startup - Windows XP

You can accelerate the speed boot Windows XP by disabling the boot logo.

    To do this,

    1. click the right mouse button on My Computer

    2. and then select Properties.

    3. In the Advanced tab, click Settings under Startup and Recovery.

    4. Then click on the Edit button in the System Startup section. The boot.ini file is then edited.

    5. Then add the / noguiboot right just after the / fastdetect with a space between the two.

    6. Close the boot.ini file saving and confirm the change.Restart your computer, the logo has disappeared ...

    7. To find the logo, just redoing the handling and delete the / noguiboot in the boot.ini file.
