Firefox wont open word file from Onedrive

I am having problem with OneDrive. I had uploaded 5 word documents which are having a invoice. I had uploaded them last month. Today I have to create a new one on the basis of old. I am trying to open those file through OneDrive but it is not working. I had using Firefox here. The browser just gives me a blank white window only. Before I was able to see the invoice in the browser itself. I had tried this many time but still the issue is same.

Try to update the browser. You might be using a old one. You can go in help and then click on about Firefox. There you can find the information on latest version available. Just update that and test back. Also install latest java, and flash update in your phone. Outdated files can be common cause of crash. You can re-install the same and fix the issue. If this does not work then try to test the file on some other browser.

There are two possible reason behind the problem. First the file is corrupt or second the browser is not appropriate. To check the integrity of file just download it on your desktop. And then launch it. If it opens up then it is proper. But if not then the file is damage and it is not going to work. For the browser thing you can just switch to some other one. Just check that your Firefox security settings are not blocking the file.
