    Really Strange/Persistent Problem (Browser based)

So first off ill explain my problem then say everything I have tried.
so its a 2 part problem first off my netflix wont work i get a solid black screen whenever i click a movie to watch (ill get back to that) secondly theres a few sites that will show up as
    [ The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.]

BUT when i use a proxy site it works fine, and this happens on all my browsers.... the netflix thing and this happened at the same time

now the worst part is what I have tried to do to fix this
I have run malwarebytes, AVG, ive tried windows defender all to see if its some type of malware...nothing worked

I Tried reinstalling firefox, reseting it, going into about:config to see if anything was strange there.

I tried turning off my firewall and security settings and im just at a loss of what to do, even thought about doing a system restore but have nothing to back-up my files on

to fix netflix I tried uninstalling silverlight and reinstalling it
and every other common solution I can think of ...Any suggestions would be super helpful

Well, what other browsers you have used so far? What is the version of Firefox that you are using? Is it the latest version, if not then please update it to the latest version. Also you can try out Google Chrome browser and test Netflix on it.

Have you by any chance installed any Ad Blocker software in Firefox browser? If so then try to remove it by going in its Add-On option and then check whether Netflix plays fine or not.
