Flash websites not working in Internet Explorer 11 - Win 8.1 Preview

Sorry if this thread is going into wrong section but i am in need of urgent help. Yesterday upgraded my browser to Internet Explorer 11 on my Dell Windows 8 laptop. Rest of the things working good but there is a problem with Flash i think. Any websites that uses flash like Google Plus, youtube, or any other, are not working properly. I tried updating, res-installing Adobe Flash but nothing seems to be working. Is this the problem with every one using IE 11 or just my PC. I also dont have any other browser to continue my work, neither i am able to go back to Internet Explorer 10. Somebody please help me out fixing this Flash problem. Thank you.

If Flash is not the cause of problem then it could be your display adapter driver. You should updating them as well.

Update the drivers and let us know the if that works.
