How to open last session in Internet Explorer 10

As my title says it all, can anyone please tell me if Last Session works in Internet Explorer 10? I'm using a Windows 8 laptop which came pre-loaded with IE10. usually i need to open several tabs while working. In my area since last couple of days there is some problem with the electricity which results in unexpected shutdown. Next time when i boot and open IE, i cannot find my tabs like it use to be in other browsers such as Firefox or Opera. Also i am not able to find it anywhere in the settings.

Any help regarding this will be appreciated. Thank you.

For me, it works fine. Even i work with multiple tabs, and while closing i directly turn off my system. Next time when i boot up, the tabs restore comes up fine. I think there would be some functionality problem with your browser. You should try fixing the same. Here is how you can do the same:

• Launch IE and click Tool > Internet Options.
• Here under browsing history section, uncheck the box for “Delete Browsing History on Exit”.
• Dont forget to check mark the box for “Start with tabs from the last session”

Thats it. Now restart the browser and test if tabs are restoring properly.
