How to remove transparent background in Firefox 12?

I just installed FIREFOX 12 and it has a very bad appearance so just wish to put a softer color so that I can at least see the page for some more time. One that appears difficult for the eye (very white). I was on Tools/Options/colors/ and tried all the options presented, but nothing changes. Could someone help me? Thank you in advance.

It is really very easy first of all open Firefox in Windows after doing that go to tools, in tools you will find an option button click on that button now a pop-up window will be opened there you will find many tabs from that tabs click on “CONTENT” tab. In there you will find something which would be saying that there types and colors. Here you will have to give the button color and disable the option to use system colors and allow the pages, instead of my previous section. Just accept it and close the Firefox page. Now when you open it back you will find it as grey color. I hope this has helped you out.

Already told you the easiest way by the above user. To do it the hard way, in the Firefox directory (usually C: \ Program Files \ Mozilla Firefox \) is a subdirectory called defaults, open that, then profile and finally chrome.

Within this subdirectory is a file called userContent-example.css, make him a copy and rename it to userContent.css

Open userContent.css with a text editor such as Notepad and add to the end:
