Receiving error message “Unable to find Locale data files. Please reinstall “ in internet explorer 9 in windows 8 consumer preview

As I have daily updates of news all over the world, I make use of the King5.com and for what reasons I don’t know, IE 9 won't let me go to King5.com . I am receiving a continuous message "Unable to find Locale data files." "Please Reinstall." So I don’t have any idea regarding this one and didn’t understood what to Reinstall? And this is the only site where I'm not able to have an access. Can you provide some solutions. Thanks in advance.

As you don’t have access to only one particular site, I will provide with you some solutions which will really assist you.
    1. you need to clear Temporary Internet Files

    2. secondly you have to Click Start and then type %temp% in the search box and have a Deletion of anything in this folder.

    3. you also need to run hijackthis to analyze the computer.

    4. and finally with the Internet Option >> Advanced and then the Reset button.

    5. Click Start and then in the All Programs option , move to the Accessories section and then to the System Tools >> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons). And then finally make a test of that particular website which you were concerned.

I have tried with another solution as by making use of telnet 80 for a GET / HTTP/1.1 I got a 301 redirect . Nslookup denotes that that is at a unlike IP address where it is only an alias of a dissimilar name. you can nake some attempts by making use of the redirect site directly. If essential first attempt accessing the canonical host which you are able to find by doing your own nslookup or ping -n 1 -w 1 king5.com as well as look at the initial line of the reply. To add further, I would say that getting an HTTP 404 response from the canonical host would be enough to have the dnscache hold on to its lookup for Internet Explorer to do a faster lookup for the alias name.

Disabling all the startup stuff will tend to have a fix for my explorer issue and after I made an disabled of all the processes in msconfig Startup all was clean and clear. So hope this one helps you.
