In this case you can consider the ClicktoFlash which will tend to make a huge difference on some pages and helps you to clean up a lot of clutter.

As found from some sources , it has been said that the Incognito is a Safari extension which prevents Google, Twitter as well as Facebook from following you on the web. It does have a ad-blocker.

According to me, you need to have a look at the Safari Extensions Gallery which will be present under the Safari Menu. In addition , you also need to look for AdBlock, Ghostery and Incognito. moreover with the most recent version of Flash you are able to get access to some of the more doubtful Flash preferences controls by means of the main System Preferences pane.

As per your question, if you tend to refer to the location services, you are able to turn off the alternative in Safari which you have to do with the Preferences options and then in the Privacy alternative.
