I have read an article on the web regarding the active domain which are available over the web, I am unsure whether this figures are true or not. Please check the stats below and let me know what do you think about the same.

Today's count (01 February 2012) was:

ORG: 9,768,958
BIZ: 2,184,917
INFO: 8,167,657
MOBI: 1,019,923
ASIA: 197,154

These counts are the numbers of active domains in the zonefiles for each of the TLDs.
