Well I am suspecting that CT plug-in seems to causing issue.
You have to close Safari on your computer.
You have to locate and delete below mentioned files.
    Code:
    /Library/Application Support/Conduit
    /Library/InputManagers/CTLoader
    /Library/Receipts/ctloader.pkg
    /Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg
    /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle
    /Users/<User name>/Library/Application Support/Conduit
If you have installed Snow Leapord on your computer then you should remove below mentioned file also.
    Code:
    Library/launchAgents/com.conduit.loader.agent.plist
    Library/Application support/conduit plugins

After going through the issue you will need to delete Flash Cookies from the browser. You can get Flush.app for this particular purpose.

another thing which you can try is to clear the cache memory of browser.

You have to go for Safari Menu bar and click on Safari and click on Empty Cache.

Could be Flash plugin which you have installed browser might be out of dated. You should get the latest version of Adobe Flash from the official website.
