In Chrome and Firefox different methods are being used for tracking of cookies. It is dependent on online advertisers restricting the user request not to be tracked. Advertisers who has selected non-binding agreement not to track the users will not track you at all.

I wanted to tell you that Flash cookies are also known as Local Shared Objects which seems to operate into the regular browser cookies but are stored out side of the browser. So you will not be able to delete within the browser which you are using. Flash Cookies are having .sol suffix. You have to get Flush to delete all flash cookies as well as all the settings. You can get the same from the official website.
If you want some of the Flashcookise but not all of them then you should get Safari Cookies.

I recommend following steps which you can try to fix the matter of yours.
    • You should backup all the important data such as user name and passwords.
    • You have to download and install Safari Cookies on your browser and restart Safari.
    • Now go for Safari Cookies and set your preferences and set your favorite cookies, flash cookies, and databases.
    • Start to make use of Safari.
    • Whenever you need to clear cookies, cookies, flash cookies, and databases and restart the browser.
    • Whenever you are having any issue between of Safari and Safari Cookie. You have to go for Menu bar and click on Safari and click on Empty Cache.
    • Wait till entire data is getting erased from the browser and reboot Safari.
    • The items which you have selected as favorite will be available over there.
    • If it is not working then redo all the above mentioned steps.
    • Now go for menu bar and Safari and go for Preferences and click on Privacy and you have to remove Remove All Website Data.
    • Again you have to wait till the entire process is completed and restart the browser.
    • You will not have cookies, flash cookies, or databases whether it is favorite or non-favorite.

As far as I know Safari browser is having support for tracking cookies by default. It is useful for protecting the privacy more appropriately. It accepts the cookies from the current domain only.
