There is nothing to do with Divx VOD Helper because there nothing like Divx VOD Helper update available anywhere you just have download Divx VOD. As there are many latest version available you must just download one of the latest version of Divx VOD from any official site and install it then register into Divx VOD and create a Divx account.

Hey thanks for suggestion had same issue of Divx VOD Helper update. Will try doing this hope it works for me. But are you sure that there is nothing like Divx VOD Helper update available on any of the site?
